Agreement

These terms govern your use of illumen.dev and any services provided by Illumen Digital (ACN 696 920 895). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Illumen Digital provides digital infrastructure services for small businesses, including but not limited to: website design and development, AI chatbot setup, booking systems, email and SMS automation, review management, SEO, and advertising management.

Pricing and payment

• Setup fees are due upon commencement of work
• Monthly fees are billed on the same date each month
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
• Payment plans may be available — contact us for details

Ownership

You own all content, data, and digital assets we create for you. This includes your website, email templates, chatbot configuration, and any other deliverables. Upon cancellation, we will provide you with all files and data.

Cancellation

Monthly services can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. There are no lock-in contracts or early termination fees. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Advertising spend

Advertising spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is paid directly to the advertising platform by the client. Illumen Digital does not hold or manage advertising budgets. Campaign management is included in the monthly fee.

Limitation of liability

Illumen Digital provides digital marketing and infrastructure services. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or revenue outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the preceding 3 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.
