Your website is live. Before you move to Phase 3 (getting found by search engines), set up at least one way to capture leads. Otherwise, any traffic that arrives has no way to convert.
Complete at least one of these now (they’re in Phase 6, but should be done alongside your website build):
- 6.1 Contact Forms (~1 hour) — the minimum. Every site needs a working form.
- 6.2 Online Booking System (~3 hours) — if your business takes appointments or bookings.
- 6.3 AI Chatbot (~2 hours) — handles enquiries 24/7, captures leads while you sleep.
Remember: responding within 5 minutes increases lead conversion by up to 100x. Even if you only set up a contact form with an auto-reply right now, that’s better than a perfect website with no capture mechanism.
That's a solid afternoon's work.
